Steve has had a wide background in many of the specialty fields connected to the real estate industry; including engineering, building, marketing and finance. His previous roles ranged from drafting and design through to running his own maintenance and landscaping business. He has completed several tertiary qualifications; an Advanced Certificate in Civil Engineering, an Associate Diploma in Applied Science Construction and a Bachelor of Commerce Financial Planning major (actually graduating top of his class and winning the AMP financial planning prize). Throughout his working life Steve has found he enjoys the dynamics of dealing with people on a daily basis, more than dealing with just facts and figures. Hence, Steve’s people focus, together with his construction, marketing and finance background, meant entering the real estate industry was a natural progression for him. Throughout his real estate career Steve has worked hard to apply the marketing techniques he researched while at university and the skills he has developed in previous sales positions.
