NORMA THOMASON
PRINCIPAL
Norma Thomason has worked in the Real Estate industry for the past 22 years. She commenced her selling career in the South Australia in the picturesque Adelaide hills working with Gardiners Real Estate.
Norma transferred to Western Australian in 1987 and commenced working at Summitt Realty Leeming which in 1990 became Hender and Farris Real Estate. In late 1988 the company commenced selling properties for Defence Housing Authority and Norma was responsible for overseeing the sale of the some 198 homes in revamped “Bullsbrook Village” and the sale of the vacant lots in 120 lot“Chittering Gardens” estate. Defence Housing Authority also entrusted the sale of all property disposals to the company through Norma and she sold properties from north of the river to Rockingham.
Norma was appointed to Sales Manager in 1995 and in 1996
Hender & Farris secured the contract to manage the Sale and Leaseback program for Defence Housing Authority. Norma was responsible for planning, organizing and selling the homes through property exhibitions. The exhibitions and selling program
last for over 2 years and resulted in record sales for the Authority.
These exhibitions where held extensively in areas such as Kalgoorlie,
Pt.Hedland, Karratha, Newman and Perth on a fortnightly basis.
Norma has also been the sales person for the “Putters Green”
subdivision in Jandakot and more recently the sale of the lots in the “Noalimba Estate” in Bateman. Stage 1 of the release all 16 lots were sold at auction.
Norma's record in sales speaks for itself and she has a great knowledge of all aspects of the residential real estate industry.
